It was a 3-star hotel in every way. Very clean place & friendly staff. In the evening we visited Windsor Arms it was nearby. We enjoyed the room, it was large. In addition, free Wi Fi was available there...

Of course, would recommend. We think it's a nice place for staying in Barnstaple. People were EFFICIENT and ready to render a first-class service. Food was moderately priced.
